About BlockET
BlockET is a 24 hour long blockchain-centric event from 9th July to 10th July where participants will be encouraged for both Technical and Editorial competition. Technical event will be a team event whereas editorial blog writting will be an individual event.
The technical event consists of tracks including 2 sponsor tracks where the problem statements would be provided. Apart from those there is the general, open innovation track which is open to any and all sorts of projects. The projects submitted in the sponsor tracks are also eligible to be evaluated for prizes in the general track. The participants can take part in teams of 1-3. The judging of their DApps will be on the basis of Innovation, Implementation and Inexpensiveness amongst other factors.
The participants at BlockET also have a golden opportunity to let their creative juices flow by unleashing their inner journalists by writing a brief technical blog on the present state of their chosen topic from a pool of numerous topics available. Before the event, there will be guided technical workshops that will allow attendees to learn more about the domain. Competition participants are required to submit a brief original write-up by the given deadline.
